Mineral Salt Soak
Dead Sea Salt + Magnesium Chloride mineral salt soak with sage and sweet orange.
For soaking feet or add to your bath.
There are several types of magnesium - the chloride type is the easiest to be absorbed and utilised across the skin. Magnesium is needed for 300+ body functions and most people are magnesium deficient.
By absorbing these minerals topically (through the skin) our body can utilise them as best needed and they are not lost through the digestive system.

HOW TO USE
Add 1/2 or whole packet contents to bath while filling up using hot water to dissolve the salts. Adjust temperature to your comfort and soak your body.
FOR FOOT SOAK
As above using 1/4 of pouch per foot soak.
Soak feet for 10-20 minutes.
Or add to your bath. Just add some to a foot bath of some boiling water to dissolve then too with warm water and soak feet for 10-20 minutes.
