Mineral Salt Soak

Dead sea salt, magnesium chloride, essential oils of sage and sweet orange

FOR BATH
Add 1/2 or whole packet contents to bath while filling up using hot water to dissolve the salts. Adjust temperature to your comfort and soak your body.


FOR FOOT SOAK
As above using 1/4 of pouch per foot soak.
Soak feet for 10-20 minutes.

There are several types of magnesium - the chloride type is the easiest to be absorbed and utilised across the skin. Magnesium is needed for 300+ body functions and most people are magnesium deficient.


By absorbing these minerals topically (through the skin) our body can utilise them as best needed and they are not lost through the digestive system.

Sage ‘salvia officinalis’
With its anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, antiseptic and astringent properties it is an incredible plant. Also beneficial as a skin toner and purifier due to its astringent nature, tightening and gently drying the tissues to assist with preventing and treating wrinkles. It is non-irritating and non-sensitising, good for acne, dandruff, dermatitis and eczema. With a pleasant, refreshing, light herbaceous woody scent, it emits a strong spicy, clarifying scent, with cleansing properties, to calm and soothe the skin and the senses.

Sweet Orange 'citrus sinensis’
The essential oil from the sweet orange is antiseptic and anti-inflammatory by nature. It is known to increase the ability to absorb vitamin C, promote blood flow and collagen production, balance the skins oil production and has skin brightening effects. Its fresh zesty scent is great for mood lifting and refreshing the senses.
